In no event shall Joy Factory be liable for any damages whatsoever, either direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, punitive, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the items you have selected to discard from your home in connection with the use of our Services, including, without limitation, loss of property, bodily injury, death, emotional distress, and/or other damages resulting from a decluttering session that you have procured through Joy Factory. You agree that the liability of Joy Factory, their agents or licensors, if any, arising out of any kind of legal claim in any way connected to the Website or the services provided by Joy Factory will not exceed the amount, if any, you paid to Joy Factory for the use of the Website.

 

SEVERABILITY

In the event that any portion of this User Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the enforceability or validity of any other portion of this User Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect and be construed as if the invalid or unenforceable portion were not part of the User Agreement.
